A leading charity in the UK is seeking a Support Worker in Bristol to assist adults with disabilities, including sight loss and autism. The role involves daily care, empowering independence, and fostering social engagement. Salary: | £12.30 per hour (£23,985 per annum) plus benefits |
Hours: | 37.5 hours on a shift rota basis, Monday to Sunday. 7:30am-2:30pm / 2pm-10pm |
Contract: | Full-time, Permanent |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential |

At Bristol Support Service, we support 9 adults with a range of disabilities including visual impairment, autism, and learning disabilities.
People at our home are very active and spend a lot of time engaging with the local community, including going to discos, pubs, shopping, and visiting family. We also have a passion for art and music, often visiting local theatres, crafts, music concerts, and choir performances.
