Meadow High School in Greater London is recruiting an Outreach Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role is 32.5 hours per week (term time + 5 days, 39 weeks) with a salary scale 5 (£25,342–£26,474 per annum) plus SSA and £1,198 per annum. Start date ASAP. Experience with ASD and complex needs is preferred.

The post supports a new development site at Northwood Road, Harefield, ready Autumn 2026, and will coordinate coordination of school-to-school support and staff inset planning.

Outreach Support Coordinator

Due to our expanding roll and the changing needs of our students, an opportunity has arisen for an Outreach Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team of staff. We are particularly interested in people who have experience of working with young people with ASD and complex learning difficulties.

Meadow High School is a special needs school, which provides education for secondary aged students aged 11-19 years with moderate and complex needs including challenging behaviour and autism.

To support the Local Authority we are expanding further with a new development project. This is an additional site based in Harefield, called 'Northwood Road'. This will house up to 100 Pathway 1 pupils and should be ready for us to occupy in Autumn 2026.

The successful candidate for this varied post will support the coordination of the school-to-school support programme, planning and delivery of inset to whole or groups of staff and to prepare resources for workshops or on loan use.
