The Gerrards Cross CE School in Gerrards Cross seeks a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on supervising pupils, supporting learning activities and contributing to an inclusive classroom environment. Training in safeguarding and First Aid is encouraged.
Term-time only and Bucks Pay scales apply, with permanent contract and flexible hours (full-time/part-time). Experience with ASC is beneficial; patient, positive andhumourous approach is valued.

Good literacy and numeracy skills, a positive approach, patience and a sense of humour are essential for all posts within the school. Experience of working with a variety of needs including ASC would be beneficial.

Salary Details: £12.87-£13.38ph Bucks Pay ISN6-10, The salary for the position is £24,836- £25,823 FTE pro rata (Bucks Pay ISN6-10) depending on experience. This is between £12.87 and £13.38 per hour.
