Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading domestic abuse service to appoint an Outreach Service Manager in Bury. This full-time role offers a salary around £37,500 per annum and 37 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic abuse services or supported housing, with team leadership and safeguarding expertise, and a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or similar service
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience with safeguarding and risk management
• Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee an outreach domestic abuse service
• Lead a team of 9 staff and provide development
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management
• Ensure safe, person-centred, trauma-informed support
• Monitor service performance, outcomes and quality standards
• Build partnerships with statutory, voluntary and community sectors
• Support service development and quality improvement
