James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading domestic abuse service to appoint an Outreach Service Manager in Bury. This full-time role offers a salary around £37,500 per annum and 37 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic abuse services or supported housing, with team leadership and safeguarding expertise, and a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred support.

We are proud to be partnering with a leading domestic abuse service, who are looking to appoint an Outreach Service Manager to join their team in Bury.

This will be a full-time position based in Bury, with a salary of around £37,500 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within domestic abuse services, supported housing or a similar support setting, with previous experience managing a team and overseeing service delivery.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and providing operational oversight of an outreach domestic abuse service
• Managing, supporting and developing a team of 9 staff members
• Overseeing safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management processes for service users
• Ensuring the effective delivery of safe, person-centred and trauma-informed support
• Monitoring service performance, outcomes and quality standards
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with statutory, voluntary and community partners
• Supporting service development, quality improvement and compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Experience working within domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or a similar support service
• Previous experience managing and supervising a team
• Experience of safeguarding and risk management
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding and risk management
• Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
• Strong partnership working and communication skills
• Ability to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
