Homeless Link seeks a Service Manager for our Brighton women's service, leading staff to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care for residents and children in refuge accommodation. You will supervise mentors and family workers while driving service excellence and external partnerships to empower independence.

The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities and occasional out-of-hours work to meet resident needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading a service and achieving KPIs.
• Experience working with domestic abuse and complex needs.
• Ability to provide line management and staff development.
• Ability to promote the service externally and build partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Line management and leadership across the team.
• Support with daily service operations to deliver resident outcomes.
• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the service.
• Risk management ownership and policy compliance.
• Property and housing management and reporting.
• Manage the service budget and seek cost efficiencies.
