GSL Education in Chelmsford is seeking an Outreach Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a student in the local community. The role focuses on building confidence, independence and life skills through meaningful community-based activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with schools, families and external professionals, transport the student when required, and help develop social skills, routines and safeguarding practices in a supportive environment.
