The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Therapies Outpatients Administrator to join the Physiotherapy outpatient team in Reading. The role focuses on back-office administration, processing referrals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including reception duties and patient liaison.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, handle appointment bookings, and contribute to high-quality, efficient services for MSK outpatients across the Trust.

Competenze

• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with MDT and patients.
