Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for MSK patients and visitors attending the department.
• Manage digital referrals and patient bookings with care and accuracy.
• Handle phone and email communications, and support other departments as needed.
• Collect data and statistics to assist service management.
• Support colleagues to deliver a high quality, compassionate service both virtually and in person.
• Liaise with interpreters and other services to assist patients as required.
