Spire Healthcare Limited is recruiting for a full-time Outpatients Team Lead based at the Patient Support Centre in Seaham. You will lead a multi-skilled admin team, oversee bookings, pre-op assessment and admissions, and ensure service levels meet operational KPIs. This role requires strong people leadership and data-driven decision making.

Shifts are 37.5 hours weekly, 8am-6pm Monday to Friday with a half-day Saturday on occasion. Apply if you can commit to these patterns.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a multi-skilled administrative team.
• Knowledge of HR policies and attendance management.
• Ability to conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Strong data reporting and KPI analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead the outpatient admin team to drive performance.
• Manage sickness, annual leave and underperformance per HR policies.
• Hold monthly 1-2-1s and feedback sessions.
• Ensure timely call handling and high customer service standards.
• Plan workforce in line with activity and bookings.
• Identify root causes from KPI data to improve scores.
• Maintain spreadsheets and generate required data for managers.
• Attend departmental meetings and deputise when needed.
