Job summary

Spire Healthcare are recruiting for a full time Outpatients Team Lead based in their Patient Support Centre in Seaham. This is an exciting opportunity working 37.5 hours per week

Shift patterns will vary between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and a half day on occasional Saturdays. Please only apply if you are able to commit to these shifts.

You will lead a multi-skilled admin team, drive performance, manage HR processes, run monthly 1-2-1s, ensure KPI-driven service and provide data for managers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an admin/clerical team.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage performance.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled admin team and drive operational performance.
• Adhere to HR policies including sickness and leave management.
• Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and feedback sessions.
• Maintain KPI-driven customer service and regular quality assessments.
• Plan workforce and manage bookings, pre-op, admissions.
• Provide data and reports to the Outpatients Manager and SMT.
• Deputise for Outpatients in their absence.
