Circle Health Group's Thornbury Hospital in Sheffield is seeking a Registered Nurse (Adult) for the Outpatients department. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours weekly.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, maintain nursing documentation, and support patients and families. NMC registration and clinical care experience are required, with a flexible shift pattern.

The hospital offers a competitive salary up to £32,000 and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• NMC registered adult nurse with current licence.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient IT skills for patient records and care planning.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and carers.
• Support patients in understanding their condition and treatments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient care.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.
