Job summary

Oxford Health is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Outpatients Department, primarily based in South Oxfordshire with travel to West and North Oxfordshire. This secondment opportunity requires a proactive, communicative self-starter to drive admin and coordination across community sites.

The role involves leading the OPD admin team, managing data and statistics, and building relationships with service users and external agencies. Driving licence and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS service departments.
• Strong numeracy and written English.
• MS Office proficiency and data entry.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient admin/coordinating service for the Outpatient Department across all community sites and lead the OPD administrative team.
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries and support band 3 roles.
• Liaise with site admins and support the department.
• Assist in collecting and collating statistics with strict deadlines.
• Establish relationships with service users and external agencies.
• Analyse data to support Operations leadership.
