Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join the Clinical Psychology team. You will provide high quality administrative support, coordinate outpatient appointments, referrals and patient communications, and help maximise clinic capacity to deliver a positive patient experience.

You will work with clinical and admin teams, maintain patient records, arrange interpreter services, and ensure accurate record keeping and excellent customer service across the service.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths
• Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
• Effective and polite communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage outpatient appointments, referrals and clinic activity with accuracy and efficiency
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and colleagues
• Maintain patient administration systems and arrange interpreter and other appointment-support services
• Support the smooth running of clinics and ensure high standard of customer service
