• Monitoring timely sending of documents to patients and ensuring documentation is received.
• Facilitating appointments for patients discharged from wards.
• Maximising clinic slot utilisation to support patient care.
• Collaborating with clinicians to ensure timely bookings.
• Maintaining training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Registering referrals in Careflow and managing RTT pathways.
