• Ability to motivate teams and deliver high standards of customer service.

Aufgaben

• Assist Duty Managers to ensure facilities operated to high customer service standards.
• Oversee Sports Assistants and maintain a high level of visibility across the facility.
• Deputise for the Duty Manager, including weekend shifts.
• Deliver in-person and digital engagement activities and gym membership sales, including gym tours.
• Engage with internal and external partnerships and stakeholders.
