Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience of leading/managing staff in a Sports Environment.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation and its application in a Sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the community Sports Centre.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety and safeguarding standards.
• Develop a dedicated team to deliver a high-quality customer-focused service.
