Job summary

Essex Outdoors Mersea is seeking Facilities Assistants for the 2026 season at their busy outdoor centre. Responsibilities include ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and capable of getting to the centre with their own transport.

Full training is provided, along with the chance to earn nationally recognised qualifications. The role offers a competitive salary starting from £25,081 per annum, with hours varying across the season.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older at the start of employment.
• Available to work from May to August.
• Able to travel to the Mersea centre using personal transport.
