Job summary

Citizens Advice Leicestershire is offering a home-based Sales Executive apprenticeship (Level 4) within the WERK project. This role involves building a sales pipeline, researching prospective organisations, and coordinating with the CEO to secure discovery meetings.

You will travel regularly across Leicestershire, attend discovery meetings, develop outreach messaging, and learn how to present WERK’s products while progressing along an apprenticeship pathway with structured coaching.

Responsibilities

• Build strong pipeline and proactive outreach across multiple channels to secure meetings
• Qualify prospects against criteria and prioritise quality over volume
• Attend discovery meetings and progress toward leading introductory meetings and sales pitches
• Support the CEO in developing target lists, outreach messaging and sales collateral
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly progress updates on targets and pipeline
• Represent WERK and Citizens Advice Leicestershire professionally at networking events and calls
• Develop commercial understanding to prepare proposals, ROI and pricing discussions
• Follow development pathway from shadowing to leading elements of the sales cycle
