Job summary

GO Outdoors LTD is looking for a proactive Supervisor to support the smooth running of the shop floor and deliver high service standards customers expect. You will help colleagues across shifts, maintain brand standards, support opening and closing duties, and ensure accurate till operations while promoting company values in a busy retail environment.

With strong communication and leadership skills, you will motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent in-store experiences

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service, presentation, and store standards.
• Strong interest in retail with up-to-date product knowledge and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support team presentation.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and product placement.
• Maintain shop floor standards and align with brand expectations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and till operations.
