Job summary

Forest Holidays is seeking an Operations Assistant at Sherwood Forest to help keep cabins pristine and ready for guests. You will join a small, collaborative team in a woodland environment, performing hands-on maintenance and guest-focused tasks across a 3,300-acre site.

The role offers a part-time schedule (24 hours across 3 days per week, including Mondays and Fridays) with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Some previous experience in a similar role.
• Full clean UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep cabins clean and well maintained for guest arrivals.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and use basic tools.
• Carry out daily tasks promptly with attention to detail.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure facilities are safe and ready for guests at check-in.
