Forest Holidays is seeking an Operations Assistant - Hot Tub at Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. Join a dedicated team delivering safe, clean, and welcoming guest experiences in our woodland cabins.

You will monitor water quality, assist with basic maintenance, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. A driving license and a can-do attitude are essential for year-round outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• A full UK Driving License.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests
• Monitoring and recording water quality, and supporting with safe chemical adjustments
• Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery and decorating (basic knowledge desirable)
• Carrying out basic equipment checks and minor repairs, and reporting issues promptly
• Delivering daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Providing friendly, professional customer service and supporting our Forest Feeling brand standards
