Forest Holidays in Blackwood Forest, Hampshire, is hiring a Facilities Assistant to keep cabins safe, cosy and well-presented. You’ll handle general maintenance, basic decorating, and respond to repair needs, while delivering outstanding guest service in a stunning outdoor setting.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of using tools and fixing machinery.
• Experience in a similar facilities role is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication with guests and team.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work to cabins.
• Complete basic decorating and upkeep to high standards.
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues using basic tools.
• Audit cabins regularly to maintain Forest Holidays standards.
• Assist across the site, including delivering items and changeover tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
