Balfour Beatty plc is looking for a Maintenance Operative to work on the UK's motorway network, performing repairs, inspections and landscape maintenance. The role blends practical hands-on work with teamwork, offering progression within a long-term project.

Training and development are provided, including traffic management and site safety, with shifts across days and nights and opportunities to travel to different depots on the M25 network.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and willingness to learn on the network.

Responsabilités

• Carry out a range of essential activities across the motorway network including repairs and inspections.
• Maintain and landscape the roadside and depots to support safe operations.
• Participate in training for traffic management, highways maintenance and site safety.
• Support out-of-hours responses, including winter maintenance when required.
