Job summary

Keys Group Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Activity Based Support Worker to deliver overnight care and outdoor activity-based support for young people aged 8-18 at our Gloucestershire centre. You will participate in 39 hours per week across a 4 days on, 7 days off pattern, with sleep-ins and accommodations provided during shifts.

Applicants must be over 21 with a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and hold a full UK driver's licence.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships with young people, providing emotional stability and daily care.
• Lead adventurous outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking.
• Support personal and social development through structured activities and day-to-day care routines.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
