Keys Group is seeking a Children’s Activity Based Support Worker in Gloucester. You will reside at the activities centre during four working days, with accommodation and meals provided, supporting children aged 8-18 with social, emotional and mental health challenges.

SALARY:£13.95 - £14.55* per hour + up to £6000 sleep-in allowance.
SHIFT PATTERNS:39 hours per week – working 4 days on, 7 days off
REQUIREMENTS:Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle - essential
About Keys Group Activity & Intervention:
This position requires you to reside at our activities centre overnight during your four working days to provide consistent support to the children. Accommodation and meals will be provided to you throughout your stay.
With Keys Group, you will be working in an activity-based residential home specifically designed to support young people aged 8-18. These young individuals often face social, emotional & mental health challenges.
Our Activity and Intervention service offers a 12-week programme for these young people to offer a change of scenery. We offer a break from difficult circumstances, a fresh start and help them to build up their confidence by enforcing positive routines through activities.
While your primary role is that of a care worker,a strong focus on adventure and staying active is key to the role — think mountain biking, rock climbing, walking, kayaking and much more. If you love adventure and being outside, you’ll fit right in!
