Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Children's Activity Based Support Worker to join our Wrexham team (LL11). The role combines care work with outdoor activities in a residential setting for 8-18 year-olds facing social, emotional and mental health challenges.

You will reside at the activity centre during shifts, with accommodation and meals provided. The position is full-time (39 hours/week) with a rotating pattern and a competitive hourly rate (£13.95-£14.55) plus up to £6,000 sleep allowance

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and hold a full UK driver’s licence.
• Ability to work 39 hours per week, 4 days on, 8 days off, including sleep-ins.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Provide emotional stability and daily care to help young people thrive.
• Lead outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking.
• Willingness to reside at the activity centre overnight during shifts.
• DBS check paid by Keys Group.
• Opportunities for QCF qualifications and career development.
