Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities Team Member to deliver a variety of outdoor, engaging activities for guests. This role supports the park with a positive, energetic approach and a focus on safety.

You’ll set up and run activities, lead safety briefings, assist with climbing walls, high ropes and archery, and keep areas clean and welcoming. DBS checks are required for applicants aged 18 and over.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for outdoor activities.
• Excellent communication skills with guests of all ages.
• High attention to safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
• Previous activity or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and take down daily activities safely.
• Engage with guests, provide guidance and encouragement during activities.
• Deliver safety briefings and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery, and other activities.
• Keep activity areas clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Report equipment or safety issues to leadership.
