Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Team Member to deliver memorable experiences for guests and owners across our seaside parks.

You will help run a variety of activities in an active outdoor environment, ensuring safety, engaging guests of all ages and delivering friendly, high‑quality service. DBS checks are required and shifts include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for outdoor activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage guests of all ages.
• High attention to safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
• Enhanced DBS check before starting; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and take down daily activities.
• Engage with guests and provide guidance during activities.
• Deliver safety briefings and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery and more.
• Keep activity areas clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Report equipment or safety issues to leadership.
