Qualifications

• Experience in activity, sports or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to engage guests of all ages with enthusiasm and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and take down daily activities safely.
• Engage guests, provide guidance and encouragement during activities.
• Deliver safety briefings and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery and other activities.
• Keep activity areas clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Report equipment or safety issues to leadership promptly.
