Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities Team Member in Chichester to deliver a range of exciting activities for guests in a safe, outdoor setting. You will help with setup, running, and wrap-up of daily programs while ensuring high energy and friendly guest interactions.

The role requires a safety‑minded attitude, flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings), and strong communication skills. DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic attitude with love for outdoor and physical activities.
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage guests of all ages.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
• Experience in similar activity, sports or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Must pass Enhanced DBS check before starting.
• Candidates must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, operation, and takedown of daily activities.
• Engage with guests, provide guidance and encouragement.
• Deliver safety briefings and explain equipment usage safely.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery, and other activities.
• Keep activity areas clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Report equipment or safety issues to leadership.
