Liberty Specialty Markets, London, seeks a Customer Outcomes Analyst to adapt and implement its Conduct Risk and Complaints framework in line with FCA Consumer Duty and Product Governance. You will work with Underwriters, Compliance, Claims, TPAs and delegated authority teams to embed robust controls across the business.

In this role you will maintain conduct risk KRIs, prepare MI for the Board and committees, and provide expert guidance on conduct-related matters to drive good customer

Competenze

• Broad regulatory knowledge and experience of FCA rules and practical application.
• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory rules to practical scenarios.
• Ability to challenge and apply professional scepticism to data and conduct related information.

Mansioni

• Develop, oversee, maintain, and implement the conduct risk framework and complaints policy and procedures.
• Provide conduct guidance on projects, products, and services to ensure good customer outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Support the Customer Outcomes Manager in handling and preparing responses to complaints.
