Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts. You will partner with Solutions Consultants to shape strategy and own renewal opportunities, delivering measurable business value through AI-enabled workflows and Notion installations.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong discovery skills to map business problems to practical implementation plans.
• Ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, ensuring customers know how to deliver outcomes with Notion.
• Contribute to Net Revenue Retention with renewals, expansion, and proactive product adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal for shared accounts, including owning the commercial opportunity for renewals.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation and ROI demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivery.
• Learn Notion's product and AI ecosystem to help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems.
