Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Outcomes Architect who will own the technical architecture across a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring secure, scalable, and consistent deployments of Liveboards, Spotter agents, and Data Apps.

You will lead architecture reviews, define the technical roadmap, and mentor Analysts, while partnering with AI Outcomes Managers and product/engineering teams to scale solutions across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar senior, customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering enterprise data & analytics solutions at scale in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Expert level SQL and data/semantic modeling with security/governance patterns at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture across a portfolio of accounts, setting standards and governance for Liveboards, Spotter agents, and Data Apps.
• Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring data model health, performance, security, and governance.
• Define the technical roadmap and reusable patterns for analysts and deployment managers.
• Act as escalation point for complex problems in data models, security design, or performance at scale.
• Mentor and guide analysts, sharing patterns and raising team capabilities.
• Lead enterprise-scale engagements with high ACV, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Aggregate portfolio insights to provide product feedback and roadmap input to ThoughtSpot's product/engineering teams.
• Collaborate with AI Outcomes Managers, Deployment Managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain scalable architectures.
