Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Outcomes Architect to own the technical architecture across a portfolio of customer accounts. You set the standards, run design reviews, and define the roadmap that Liveboard, Spotter agents, and Data Apps are built on so every deployment is secure, scalable, and consistent.

You will mentor analysts, lead enterprise-scale deployments, and partner with product and engineering to turn account learnings into product feedback.

Qualifications

• 5 years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a senior customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering complex data/analytics implementations across enterprise accounts, SaaS or enterprise BI environments.
• Expert-level SQL and data/semantic modeling skills, strong data warehousing knowledge, enterprise-scale security governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical architecture across a portfolio of accounts, setting standards and governance.
• Run architecture and design reviews, ensuring health, performance, and security are maintained.
• Define the technical roadmap and reusable patterns for analysts and deployment teams.
• Be the escalation point for the hardest technical problems and performance at scale.
• Mentor analysts, review designs, and raise the team's capability.
• Lead enterprise-scale, multi-team engagements with architectural decisions impacting risk.
• Translate portfolio learnings into product feedback for ThoughtSpot's product/engineering teams.
• Champion best practices and governance across deployments.
