About

Outbound Telesales - Work From Home Full time – Permanent – No weekends. £24.5k base salary and OTE of £30.5-33k. Fully Remote – equipment provided. 37.5 hours a week - 10.30am - 7pm - Monday - Friday.

Role Summary

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
2. Build rapport with the customer and tailor offers to their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team meet their targets).
4. Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field sales. You need a quiet workspace at home and be comfortable with remote working. A desire to exceed targets while following processes, compliance, and regulations.
