Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Position: Outbound Telesales - Work From Home

Type: Full time – Permanent – No weekends

Salary: £24.5k base salary with OTE of £30.5-33k

Location: Fully Remote – equipment provided

Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, 10.30am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

Role Summary:

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
• Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to their needs.
• Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the team meet their targets).
• Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Call Centre, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field Sales.
• A quiet workspace at home.
• Comfortable with remote working.
• Motivated to exceed targets while adhering to compliance and regulations.
