Outbound Telesales - Work From Home

Full time – Permanent – No weekends

£24.5k base salary and OTE of £30.5-33k

Fully Remote – equipment provided

37.5 hours a week - 10.30am - 7pm - Monday - Friday

Role Summary:

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
2. Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team meet their targets).
4. Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field sales.
• A quiet workspace at home.
• Comfortable with remote working.
• Motivated to exceed targets while adhering to compliance and regulations.
