Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive (B2B) in Daventry to join a busy office-based team.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls, generate leads, set appointments and qualify business customers in energy, car leasing and telecoms, using a dialer and CRM while hitting daily targets. Immediate start and temp-to-perm opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing or cold calling.
• Lead generation or appointment setter experience.
• Confident, resilient and target driven.
• Comfortable with diallers and CRM systems.
• Able to work fully office based in Daventry (no hybrid or remote).

Outbound Telesales Executive (B2B)

Daventry - £15.00 per hour - Immediate start

Full time - Temp to perm - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Experienced B2B outbound telesales executive needed for an immediate start in Daventry. Cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.

£15.00 per hour, weekly pay, temp to perm.

We’re recruiting 3 x full time outbound telesales staff for a busy call centre in Daventry.

This is pure outbound new business.

No account management.

No inbound.

Your role
