Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Daventry is seeking a Lead Generation Executive for a temp-to-perm role. Working Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, you will make high volumes of outbound calls to generate new business and nurture existing opportunities.

This fast-paced telephone-based sales role requires resilience, a target-driven approach and excellent communication. The position starts ASAP and offers progression to permanent after a minimum of 12 successful weeks.

Qualifications

• No strict experience required; attitude and personality matter.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections.
• Motivated by targets and able to maintain pace in a busy environment.

• Making a high volume of outbound Sales and Lead Generation calls.

Lead Generation Executive

Daventry

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required)

£13.00–£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Temporary ongoing with potential to be Permanent after a minimum of 12 successful weeks

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Daventry on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fast-paced, telephone-based sales role where you’ll be making high volumes of outbound calls across a variety of industry sectors. You’ll be speaking with both existing and prospective customers, from making renewal calls and following up with existing opportunities to generating completely new business.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is motivated by targets and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and have back-to-back conversations throughout the day.

What will you be doing?
