Recycling Lives Services is recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our Preston-based Inside Sales team. You’ll focus on outbound prospecting to create qualified appointments for Business Development Managers, handling a high-volume, phone-first workflow in a regulated environment.

You will need excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound sales experience with cold calling.
• Ability to qualify prospects and book meetings for BDMs.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of cold and warm calls to targeted prospects each day.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting activity.
• Record calls and outcomes accurately in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with BDMs to ensure smooth handover and share market intel.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
