Job summary

Clera is seeking an outbound-focused SDR to own the English-speaking top-of-funnel for a fast-growing AI communication SaaS company. You will drive lead qualification and demo handoffs to feed a growing Account Executive team and accelerate revenue growth.

The role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to an AE role, with on-site work in London and a temporary onboarding relocation to Vienna for 1–2 months.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• B2B SaaS sales background preferred.
• Proven experience with multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Own the full English-speaking top-of-funnel from first contact to qualified demo handoff.
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing daily.
• Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Iterate outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing and measuring results.
• Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
