Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
We like to keep things simple, so you’ll be on a dialler doing over 60 calls a day and our customers will be ready to speak to within days of them placing their orders online. All of our calls are warm so no cold calling here! You’ll find out a bit about our customers and why they’ve bought a new appliance and establish a need to be able to sell a really beneficial service. After digging into the nitty-gritty, you’ll share the many perks of our AO Care insurance plan and get them on board, meaning our customers have peace of mind and you hit your targets, win win!
You’ll be working in a fast paced and high volume sales environment where most of our team are making at least 10 sales a day so that "buzz" of closing a sale keeps you ready and raring to go.
Nobody likes a pushy salesperson, so you’ll take a consultative approach with our customers. We trust you, and your experience, to get the best results.
