Wing seeks an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives, leveraging Salesforce and Dialpad to manage leads.

Ideal candidates have prior SDR experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote role offers a US EST-friendly schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or other dialing systems.
• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Neutral English accent; voice sample required.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make outbound calls using power/parallel dialing systems.

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern to Pacific coverage; early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be required.)

Full Time Salary Package:

Up to $3,000/month
