Job Description:

I am searching for an Outbound Sales Development Representative fluent in German for a leading Technology Vendor.

This role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week from central London.

The main focus is on cold outreach to new prospects, with some inbound activity.

Responsibilities include investigating customer problems, identifying opportunities for Account Executives, and leveraging channels like LinkedIn, calls, and emails to target prospects.

You will work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and outbound strategies, identify trends to share with product, marketing, and customer success teams, and track all sales activity using Salesforce and other tools.

You are expected to achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs.

Requirements include native German and fluent English, with additional languages being a plus. A self-starter personality, hunter profile, and adaptability to a changing environment are essential.

Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or cybersecurity sectors, though this is not essential.

You should be a strong cold caller with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
