Job Description:

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish for a leading Technology Vendor. The role involves:

  • Hybrid working with 2 days a week from central London.
  • Cold outreach to new prospects via channels like LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
  • Investigating customer problems and identifying opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
  • Sharing trends from prospects with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Tracking all sales activities on Salesforce and other tools.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas and KPIs.

Requirements include native German and fluent English skills, with additional languages being a plus. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter profile, adaptable, and capable of working extended hours during peak periods. Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cybersecurity is advantageous but not essential. Strong cold calling skills, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities are required. A proactive, hungry-to-succeed attitude is essential.
