Job summary

Howden in Cardiff is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact on outbound campaigns, identifying customer needs and generating qualified leads for our Sales Consultants.

You will follow the dedicated script, promote Howden's products and services, and work to achieve targets for productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact on call campaigns to generate a lead for Sales Consultants.
• Ensure all leads generated are correctly qualified as per the Sales Coordinator script.
• Promote Howden features and benefits, the products and the advised sales process, with cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve and maintain targets for productivity, quality and compliance.
• Support colleagues and management to optimise outcomes for Howden and clients.
• Keep up to date with company processes and policies and adhere to FCA legislation and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity, unity, innovation and passion.
