Job summary

Work Lyf Group is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join a fast-paced sales team in Crewe. You will contact existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and deliver excellent customer service while working to sales targets.

The role includes a salary of 28,840 per annum plus uncapped commission, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for career development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' cold calling experience OR 12 months' experience within an outbound sales/contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer service skills.
• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
• Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
