Job description

Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive

Location: Aylesbury, HP21 - Onsite parking, next to Aylesbury Station - HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

Salary: £21,630-£22,660 per annum depending on experience, OTE - 28K-30K

Working Hours: 9-5pm, Monday - Friday (10am-6pm)

About the Business

Our client administers a range of pet insurance policies, including those on behalf of The Kennel Club and other affinity partners, providing peace of mind for owners and the best possible care and protection for their pets.

Role Overview

The role involves responding to customer enquiries, making outbound sales calls, providing quotations, and maintaining customer records in compliance with security protocols.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Handling inbound calls from customers to assist with quotations and policies.
  2. Making outbound calls to offer insurance quotations to existing customers and warm leads.
  3. Providing accurate and rapid cost calculations and quotations.
  4. Identifying customer needs and highlighting product features and benefits.
  5. Maintaining customer records and processing telephone payments securely.
  6. Achieving sales and service targets regularly.
