O2 Business (formerly Daisy Group) is recruiting a Market Researcher in the United Kingdom. The role covers a 37.5-hour week, with start times around 08:30/09:00 and finish around 17:00/17:30, offering a blend of research calling, data accuracy, and target-driven performance.

You will follow scripts, manage objections, and focus on quality and productivity while maintaining professional conduct in a customer-facing environment. Training and development are provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve quality targets set within the role through following scripts and objections, effectively researching and accurately recording information (research and call quality).
• Consistently achieve productivity targets set within the role through self-motivation and effective time management.
• Consistently achieve performance targets set within the role through training, communication with management and regular review of stats.
• Maintain a professional and responsible outlook whilst in the workplace through your conduct and behaviours.
